UMUC is one of 11 degree-granting institutions of the University System of Maryland housing in its Inn and Conference Center a large collection of Maryland and international artists. Located in Adelphi, Maryland, a few miles from the nation's capital, it is home to one of the most important Japanese print collections in the United States, Its exhibition facilities are extensive.
